Your personal data are processed in order to allow you to attend this digital event online, organized by the Italian Trade Agency in cooperation with eg. “trade association...” and the support of AICOD (digital communication company) hereinafter referred to as "Event".

The provision of data marked as mandatory is essential to use the requested service; any refusal to provide such information will prevent it from being provided. The provision of data marked as optional is aimed exclusively at the possibility of offering you a more personalized service. Service data may be processed, such as information relating to electronic traffic of audio and video conferencing services for the management of participation in the Event. Your data may be disclosed to other parties exclusively in order to ensure the best outcome of the Event or to fulfill tasks of public interest and specific legal obligations.

The data provided also flows into the Central Data Bank of the ICE-Agency, which can use them as part of its institutional activity and therefore to promote and develop the trade of its product and / or service abroad, in compliance with the provisions of Articles 13 and following articles of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data of individuals, as referred to in art. 4 of the aforementioned Regulation.

Your data may, therefore, be used to send proposals for participation in other initiatives organized by the Italian Trade Agency, such as fairs, workshops, seminars, training courses, etc. and used to detect customer satisfaction and carry out other surveys relating to the institutional and public interest activities of the ICE-Agency.

The treatment will take place on paper and / or computerized.
