Juice extractors

VORTEX
The “VORTEX” model, ideal for extracting tomato, fruit and vegetable juice in general, features an exclusive and original rotor, whose special shape assures high yield in terms of juice extraction and easy cleaning.
The distance of the frusto-conical shaped rotor from the sieve may be adjusted easily and safely by moving it on its rotation axis.
The “VORTEX” extractor is also equipped with an effective automatic washing system that assures machine cleaning even during production.
Bodies in two different sizes are available, to be combined according to the productive potential.

JUMBO
The “JUMBO” model has been specifically designed
for Hot Break extraction of high fibre content tomato
juice, to achieve an end product with high viscosity.
The required Bostwick consistency may be achieved by mixing this product with the conventionally obtained juice.
The “JUMBO” extractor is used with excellent results also for cold extraction of fruit pulp, thanks to the addition of a product feeding screw.
The stainless steel cylindrical rotor has five pieces, with fixed blades featuring a special material insert, oriented differently with respect to the rotation axis. Rotor distance from the sieve is reduced to the minimum.
The high thickness sieve is constructed in stainless steel like the relevant reinforcement rings.
The machine also features an automatic washing system with centrifugal pump, and is driven by a motor controlled by inverter.
The productive capacity of the single-body model with regards to tomato is 50 t/h.
For fruit, the operative capacity varies according to the type of fruit and end product to be obtained.

REACTOR
The “REACTOR” model is the latest addition to the single-body juice extractor range offered by FBR ELPO, for high production of tomato and/or fruit juice.
The machine has a two-piece, stainless steel cylindrical rotor, with special wear-proof material blades that may be detached, and with a special profile for easier cleaning. The front support assures the utmost sturdiness, preventing jolted loads on the shaft.
The high thickness sieve is made in two interchangeable pieces, with wide surface, to assure good yield even at low revs (800-900 rpm).
The central compartment is opened easily with a hinge, assuring the utmost safety of the operator.
The “REACTOR” extractor is equipped with an effective timed washing system, which may be operated even during production.
The motor is controlled by inverter.
The productive capacity in tomato processing, according to the sieve hole diameter, reaches over 80 t/h. For fruit, the productive capacity depends on the type of product to be processed.
